I've been doing a lot of baking lately.
Mostly baugettes, but also some coffee cakes. The baugettes are fun, but it's tough getting them just right. I've been fiddling with different types of flour and yeast, and the temperature of the water. I've been having good luck with putting the dough in Linda's car to rise. It's warm, and there's no draft there.
