Hurricane Jeanne - August 2004
Maybe you remember when the hurricane hit here? We had fun driving around
during the storm and visiting friends. There was a really good party Friday
as the hurricane got there. The only photos I have are of Kevin mixing up
the trance music. And then AC/DC got into the picture.
On Saturday when the wind slowed down we stopped by H's warehouse. There
were a bunch of people there waiting out the storm. We stood around and
drank beer with them for a while.
Then more standing around, and some watching the dogs enjoy the weather.
Then we checked out things inside. Alex was staying close to the cooler,
and John was keeping an eye on his daughter.
On Sunday, after the storm had passed, we went out to Chris's house. He
had a lot of trees down, but he was just having a ball with the Bobcat.
I can't wait for the next hurricane.
